639Cloud Virtual Machines are billed based on hourly usage. The total billable hours in a month depend on the number of days in that month:
- A 28-day month has 672 hours
- A 30-day month has 720 hours
- A 31-day month has 744 hours
You will only be charged for the hours your VM is actively running.
What is the base rate per vCPU?
Pricing is set per plan rather than a flat vCPU rate. Plans start at $9.83 a month for 1 vCPU and scale to $349.76 a month for 32 vCPUs. Billing is hourly, at the monthly price divided by 730 hours, and your monthly bill never exceeds the listed plan price.
Will my bill change depending on how many days are in the month?
Yes, your bill may vary slightly depending on the number of days in the billing month, since you are billed hourly. A 28-day month has 672 hours, a 30-day month has 720 hours, and a 31-day month has 744 hours.
Yes, slightly. You are billed for the hours your VM actively runs, so months with fewer days bill fewer hours. The listed monthly price is a hard cap: even in a 31 day month, a VM running every hour never bills more than the plan price.
