November 7–8, 2026 | Darrin Communications Center, Troy, NY
639Cloud is sponsoring HackRPI 2026, the 13th annual hackathon at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. For 24 hours on November 7–8, 2026, more than 400 students will build in the Darrin Communications Center (DCC) in Troy, NY.
This year’s theme is “In the Clouds,” and it fits us well. 639Cloud is the cloud division of 639 LLC. We run cloud servers on solar power, and we want sustainable computing to be easy for anyone to use.
Every HackRPI team can deploy their project on 639Cloud. Use the event coupon code at portal.639cloud.com to get your credits. You can host a web app, run a database or work through a dataset overnight, all on solar-powered servers.
Once your project is done, tell us how it went in the project feedback form. HackRPI hackers are some of the first developers on 639Cloud, so your feedback will shape what we build next.
Used 639Cloud at HackUTD: Zero Day? We would love to hear how it helped power your project.
